Ben Kiesow was born in the Milwaukee area and began working at a well-known country club at the age of 14. It was at this time that he established a strong work ethic and realized the value of hard work. Ben continued to work at the country club during his college years at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Ben spent the next 6 years working in a management capacity for a Fortune 500 company and learned how to run a business from the ground up.
In 2007, Ben decided it was time to “change gears”, and started his recruiting career with an established search firm located in downtown Milwaukee.
In early 2009, Ben realized that he thoroughly enjoyed recruiting and wanted to make it a long-term career. To accomplish this goal, Ben decided that he needed to start his own business in order to implement the changes that were necessary for an enjoyable career and business success.
Strategic Alliance was born. Ben combined his “Hunter Mentality” with a “No Nonsense” Human-to-Human approach which allowed Strategic Alliance to stand out amongst the traditional high-pressure sales tactics of established recruiting firms.
On the personal side…
Ben resides in the Milwaukee area with his wife and children. After the snow melts, Ben can be found on the golf course or working on home remodeling projects. He still is closely connected with Phi Chi Epsilon Fraternity from his time at UW-Whitewater, and plays a key part in organizing the annual golf outing for the fraternity.
Once the colors on the trees start to change in Fall, Ben can usually be found in the woods enjoying nature, or in a tree stand for the remainder of the year.
